All prices displayed on the K-United website are given in pounds sterling and include VAT (this stands for Value Added Tax and is a UK sales tax) at 20.00%.

We deliver to the UK Mainland free shipping on all orders £25 and over

For shipping abroad please contact us directly for a special quotation. 

DELIVERY

In stock items for UK delivery should arrive within 5 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

We dispatch parcels using Royal Mail and courier services. We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched with a tracking number.

A signature may be required for the delivery. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If there is no-one available to receive the delivery, we will be in touch with you to arrange another delivery day.

REFUND AND RETURNS

You may cancel your order with K-United for any reason by giving written notice to K-United within 24 hours of the time when you placed the order, provided your order has not already been dispatched. Please write to contact@k-united.co.uk. If you cancel within the 24-hour period, any payments you have made, including for postage and packaging, will be refunded in full. 

If your items have already been dispatched, and you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us via contact@k-united.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and a refund or an exchange will be issued. Goods should be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Please pack items securely and use registered delivery. Please make sure you keep your registered delivery receipt, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Unfortunately, costs for return postage are not refundable.
