All prices displayed on the K-United website are in Pounds Sterling (£). We do not charge VAT on our products.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all UK Mainland orders of £24 and over.
For international shipping, please contact us directly for a custom quotation.
DELIVERY
- UK Orders: In-stock items are typically delivered within 5-10 days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available.
- We dispatch parcels using Evri or DPD and will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- A signature may be required upon delivery, so please provide an address where someone is available to sign. If no one is available, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email contact@k-united.co.uk. If canceled within this period, we will issue a full refund, including postage and packaging costs.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt by emailing contact@k-united.co.uk.
- Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
- Please pack items securely and use registered delivery with a signature required. Keep your delivery receipt, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
- While we do not refund postage costs, you may still return your order free of charge for delivery.
